Haven’t done your submission yet? Already done your submission?
Nau mai, haere mai! And bring a friend!

Over the past few months, we’ve walked the walk and we’ve talked the talk to protect Te Tiriti o Waitangi and to oppose the Treaty Principles Bill. We see you e hoa mā!

We know it’s been a long road, and at times tiring – but kia kaha e te whānau!
This is the final push, the curtain call, to get as many submissions in as possible before midnight!

This “Sub-A-Thon” kaupapa is to celebrate and recognise all the amazing mahi put in by our communities to date, and also to give our whānau and friends a chance to get their submissions in.

In true “Telethon” spirit, we’ll have a live submission scoreboard, some games reminiscent of the 80’s and 90’s, interactive and fun audience participation, and plenty of kai and drinks. We’ll also be showcasing some amazing talent with live acts and performances throughout the night. Your submission is your admission (to the show). Confirmation of acts to come very soon! Be sure to follow @reanga_taketake for all the updates!

Nestled in the ngākau of West Auckland, we are so grateful to be hosted by and collaborating with the team at Te Pou Theatre, a beautiful kaupapa Māori space which honours and protects Te Tiriti through aroha, manaakitanga and whānau. A truly symbolic location for such an important kaupapa.

Look forward to seeing you, your whānau and friends there.

Nāku noa,
Reanga Taketake
